WAT

FinFit Circle is a learning community and social venture that empowers women's financial confidence and resilience. Based in Haarlem, we host monthly hybrid events combining expert-led sessions on practical financial topics, small-circle discussions, and structured networking. Since launching last year, we've grown to nearly 100 women across Haarlem and Amsterdam. All our events and education are in English. Past topics include investing, money in relationships, and future-proofing income in the age of AI.

WAAROM

Financial resilience is civic infrastructure. As AI and digitalisation reshape the labour market, financial confidence becomes especially critical for women navigating career transitions, entrepreneurship, or economic disruption. Yet women are consistently underserved by traditional financial education. FinFit Circle fills that gap — not just with knowledge, but with community and peer accountability that turns insight into action.

VOOR WIE

Women who want more control over their financial future — whether just starting out or going deeper. We welcome women of all backgrounds and financial situations, with a particular focus on those navigating career transitions, self-employment, or life in a new country. Our English-language format makes us accessible to Haarlem's international community, while our local roots keep us grounded in the neighbourhood.

We're looking for partners who share our belief that financially confident women make for a stronger Haarlem. Specifically, we'd love to connect with: organisations that can help sponsor seats for women experiencing financial hardship; venues willing to partner on hosting our monthly events; and employers or institutions interested in bringing financial education to their (female) teams.
