Our mission is simple: spark partnerships among Haarlem's builders and give local tech pros the chance to ditch the A9 gridlock for a breezy ride along the Spaarne.

WAAROM

I kicked off this project after countless dead-end Google quests left me wondering why Haarlem’s tech pulse felt hidden behind ivy-clad facades. Our canals have swelled with Amsterdam-bred coders, designers and engineers, yet the companies they work at remained a mystery.

Built in Haarlem scratches that itch. By shining a spotlight on every local tech player, I’m stirring the pot, hoping to whip up fresh collaborations, inject some innovation into our streets and lure ambitious teams into our cobblestone labs.

I’m aiming this at anyone already knee-deep in code or dreaming of that first break into tech. If you’re building, debugging or plotting your next startup pivot, this is for you.
